It’s time to register for the 2012 Baseball/Softball season!

Greater Wildwood Little League provides the opportunity for all children ages four through sixteen years old to play baseball in a safe and positive environment, regardless of experience or ability. We emphasize teaching sportsmanship, building self-esteem and developing a safe community for all kids. While teaching the fundamentals of the game of baseball and softball, we seek to instill the values inscribed in the Little League motto – Character, Courage, Loyalty.

Registration Fees
Tee Ball & Minors (Ages 4 to 9): $50 per child**
Majors and Juniors (Ages 10 and up): $75 per child
(Be sure to check the Age Chart or the Little League Age Calculator to determine your child’s “league age”.)

• Players registering after March 1, 2012 will be assessed a $25.00 late fee.
• **If your 9 year old is drafted up into the Majors, you will be required to pay an additional $25.00
• Financial assistance is available for qualifying families. Fill out an application form on day of registration.
• Fees are capped at $200 per family (excluding late fees).
• The families of all players are required to work a shift in the snack bar.

Player Eligibility
GWLL Baseball is open to all players, both boys and girls, ranging in age from 4 to 16 that reside in Wildwood, West Wildwood, North Wildwood, and Wildwood Crest. New players must provide a copy of their birth certificate for league files along with a proof of residence such as drivers license, utility bill, etc. Refer to www.GWLL.org for more details.  Be sure to check the Age Chart or the Little League Age Calculator to determine your child’s “league age”.

Managers & Coaches
We are seeking managers/coaches in all divisions. We welcome experienced managers/coaches as well as those willing to learn. Please fill out a volunteer form during registration.

Equipment Swap
There will be a Little League equipment swap day Saturday, February 25th, 2012 at the Crest Pier from 10am to 12pm. Used gloves, cleats, bags, etc. will be available for free pick up. Anyone with items may drop them off at the Crest Pier anytime.
