The 2009 End-of-Season banquet for 9-15-year-old baseball and softball is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 5:30-8pm.

All Players/Coaches/Sponsors are free.  Adults are $15, and Children (under 12) are $10.  There will be a buffet menu and Special Presentations.  You will pay at the door by cash or check (checks payable to GWLL).

Please RSVP no later than September 23rd by viewing the eVite invitation.  A headcount is needed prior to the event so please respond with number of attendees including players in the family (free of charge).

We hope you will join us!  We are also in need of desserts if you wish to make/bring anything it would be greatly appreciated.

***Please note:  All World Series winners: JByrne players and coaches and Crest Savings players and coaches please meet at Higbee Field at 5pm the day of the Banquet you will be escorted by Fire Truck to the Banquet***
