The Greater Wildwood Little League is looking for volunteers to help run its snack bar at Higbee Field on Aster and Atlantic Avenues in Wildwood Crest this spring and summer. This is a great opportunity for a student trying to earn service hours for a community project, senior citizens looking for community involvement or anybody who wants to help teach our kids the values learned from being involved with organized sports.

The snack bar is run by the GWLL board to help raise funds for the league’s equipment, uniforms and other expenses. It is open during games on Monday through Friday evenings in May and June and for tournament play during some summer weekends. Volunteers will serve hot dogs, chips, nachos, bottled beverages, etc. The snack bar also provides an excellent view of the game…behind home plate!
